Shipping Policies for packages, holidays and COVID

Please allow 3-4 business days for RTS items and  7-10 business days for custom items shipping after order is complete and & tracking has been sent to you showing it has shipped. Shipping is done Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

During the holiday season it could possibly take a little longer, check carrier websites for delay messages. It could be faster than that as most items ship & are received within 2-3 business days once completed, but I can not guarantee this. Normal shipping is 2-3 business days, but due to new COVID regulations, holidays & carriers being backed up, their policies have changed to "estimated delivery dates" that's printed on the labels now instead of what was there before of the normal 1-3 days. This is not something I can change since it is directly from the carriers- USPS OR UPS

Keep in mind also, that there are times that the post office does not scan packages in, which has been verified by our post master, and tracking will state "awaiting package from shipper, label created", yet they already have them in their possession and have not scanned them. I can not help if they scan them in or not for you to track them. I send the tracking when I purchase your label to the email provided. Generally it is automatically sent to your email so check your spam folder as well & if you have a tracking app for packages you should get an alert for tracking as well. If you have the shop app, it’s integrated with Shopify so it will add your tracking and send it to you. 

**Insurance and tracking is placed on each package that is mailed so, if something does happen, you can file a claim if it arrives damaged or does not arrive but they will not process a claim for non arrivals until 30 days has passed. Damaged packages will need to have pictures of your items, pictures of all angles of the box, and a copy of your receipt. You will need to contact your local post office to file your claim and they will walk you through it. I can not file it as it is your package but will help as much as I can. ** -- DISCLAIMER - THE CARRIERS WILL NOT ALLOW CLAIMS IF THEY DO NOT SCAN IN THE PACKAGES EVEN IF YOU GET THEM DAMAGED, SO TAKE PICTURES. THEY ALSO WILL NOT ALLOW CLAIMS TO BE FILED IF THEY DO NOT EVER ARRIVE AND NOT SCANNED IN, SO WE WILL BE GETTING PROOF EACH AND EVERYTIME FROM NOW ON.

🛑 If you are due a refund on shipping once packaged, you will get an email stating your refund and it will go back to the payment method used when checking out. Some will have a refund and some won't, so please don't message asking, you will get an email from the shop if you get one =) 🛑
