Turn Around Time (TAT)

TAT is 3-4 business days on RTS items that doesn't need any customizations  The current TAT would be posted as an announcement on on our Facebook page & on the website on the banner. So there are several areas where you can find the TAT. 

TAT does not include once it leaves our hands with the carrier, that is the day that the order is PAID for & started, then the last day that it can be shipped according to the date within the TAT that is given.

Once they (the carrier- USPS or UPS)  have it, we have no control over your package & the arrival date or when they deliver, we have it shipped out by the date we say we will, if not before then. If you make a custom order purchase on a Friday night AFTER 5 PM CST/CDT, that WILL NOT count as a business day. Monday will be the first Business day for your order, so we will have up to 3-4 business days RTS and 7-10  business days for custom items from then to have your order completed and shipped to you

It is a lengthy process and unfortunately it is out of our control here at Country Heart Customs/Country Heart Pearls, and we will not be held accountable nor will we replace any items going forward as there’s insurance on packages should something happen to them once they leave our hands and passed on to the carrier. We have given away too much money replacing items so customers didn’t have to go through the process of filing claims due to the lengthy process, but we are out that money and will no longer be out that money as we do NOT get reimbursed for the items, products or time. We hope that you understand and we are not doing that to be mean. We are doing that as we have been out $1000’s of dollars each year and can no longer do this as there’s insurance on each package sent for a reason and it needs to be used.
